  • Do I have to put down a deposit?
    Yes, there is a 50% deposit due at time of booking. However, It is refundable up to 24 hours before your trip.
  • Is there a cancelation fee?
    There is a 50% cancelation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your trip. This 50% would be your initial deposit.
  • Can we put more passengers than there are seats?
    No we only allow our listed number of passengers on our buses.
  • What happens if I'm late?
    There is no fee for the first 30 minutes. After we will begin charging a fee in 30 min increments.
  • Can I add a stop while I'm on my trip?
    Depending on our availability we may or may not be able to accommodate the addition of stops. If we are able to accommodate your stops, we will bill the current card on file accordingly.
  • Can I bring pets/Service animals?
    All pets must be discussed prior to booking. There will be a pet clean up fee of 150.
  • Can I smoke on the bus?
    There is no smoking or drugs allowed on our buses. Our drivers have the right to refuse/cancel service to any costumers who violate these rules.
  • What is the fee for bodily fluid or biohazard clean up?
    There will be a $275 cleaning fee charged.
  • Can I bring weapons on the bus?
    No weapons, concealed or otherwise, are allowed on our buses.
  • What happens if I lost an item on the bus?
    We are not responsible for any lost items on our vehicles.
